Waivers now need to be filled out by EVERY player in your group. The best way to do this is in advance by clicking the link below “SIGN WAIVER HERE”. You can fill in the waiver when you arrive here at the Club, but it will really slow things down. You will only ever need to fill this waiver one time, as it will cover all future visits as well.
