IMPORTANT 2026 TEE TIME BOOKING POLICIES

A valid credit card is required to reserve all tee times, whether booked online or by phone. For faster future bookings, your card may be securely saved to your account profile.

Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless you choose to prepay for your round.

Brooklea Golf Club maintains a 24-hour cancellation policy for all reservations.

Groups that fail to arrive for their scheduled tee time (“No Shows”) or arrive with fewer players than reserved (“Short Shows”) may be charged the full booking amount to the credit card on file.

In the event of severe or inclement weather, charges will not apply if the golf course is deemed unplayable by Brooklea Golf Club management.

Please treat your tee time reservation the same way you would tickets to a sporting event, concert, or theatre performance. Once a time is reserved, that space is no longer available to other golfers. Late cancellations and reduced group sizes directly impact course operations and availability for fellow guests.

We appreciate the understanding and cooperation of our golfing community as these policies help us provide the best possible experience for all players.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

• Tee times for foursomes and threesomes may be booked online.

• Singles and twosomes must be booked by phone and may be adjusted within the tee sheet to help create complete groups where appropriate.

• The driving range opens 30 minutes prior to the first tee time each day. Except Tuesdays where it opens at 11am.
